Education, Training & Re-Skilling
Throughout the life of the project, this Work Package (WP4) will:
- Assess the existing nuclear education and training programs and providing entities at national, regional and European[1]level
- Create a Multidisciplinary and integrated curriculum that could be used for diverse nuclear disciplines in a general nuclear-University (energy + non-energy)
- Engage & align with other skills strategies e.g. IA on SMRs and Pact for Skills
- Identify VET and upskilling/reskilling opportunities to strengthen capacity-building and retain the current workforce

- Synthesis of the national, regional and European-level nuclear education and training programs and providing entities
- General Scope Educational Curricula for Multiple Nuclear Disciplines
- Tiering the typology of EU VET Trainings based on industry needs
- Assessment of Non-nuclear Industries That Can Provide HR to Nuclear and Associated Professions
- Reskilling, Upskilling and Train-the-trainers Programs Assessment and Strategy
